Definitive Map Modifications Orders

As a Highway Authority, Nottingham City Council is required to maintain a Definitive Map showing the location and status of public rights of way. Applications for modifications to the definitive map are held in the Register of Applications for Definitive Map Modification Orders (DMMO) made under Schedule 14 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act.
